Washington State Boater Education Card
The Washington State mandatory Boating Safety Education law requires boaters ages 12 years and older to take and pass a boaters safety course or equivalency exam and get the Washington Boater Education Card before operating a motorized vessel of 15 horsepower or greater.
While our sailboats do not have motors that large, we highly recommend that you go through this training and get your card.
