What is the Club?
The Sailing Club is designed as an extension to the Sailing School. Many people who take
instruction are not in the market to purchase a boat immediately. Without a boat for practice,
your new-found skills are quickly lost. The Sailing Club fills this void by offering you well
designed, well maintained sailing yachts at a fraction of ownership costs. The Club also has
occasional socials, clinics, and cruises where you can meet other people in a fun filled sailing
atmosphere. Boats are available in Seattle and Tacoma, giving you a wide choice of sailing
atmosphere and experiences. Day sailing is the primary focus of the Club. If you are
interested in weekend and extended cruising, ask for the Yacht Lease brochure.
GOLD CLUB Membership
The Gold Club Membership is for the avid sailor. Unlimited daysailing is available for only $135/month
plus tax. (A one year contract is required.) An unbelievable deal!!! There is no check-out fee. This
membership allows you to use the Club boats for daysail as often as you like (upon availability of boats).
And because there are not more than 8 Gold Club Members per boat, you should have plenty of
opportunities to get out on the water! The boats can be taken overnight for only $50 plus tax/day.
Other benefits: As a Gold Club Member, you and your immediate family receive 40% off most sailing
classes and up to 5% off specialty courses, including Exotic Sailing Vacations! (See Summary of
Benefits.)

SILVER CLUB Membership
The Silver Club Membership is for the devoted sailor. For $110/month plus tax you get 8 days per
quarter usage of any of the club boats. A one year contract is required and there is no check-out fee.
Two half-days are the equivalent of one full-day. A half day is from sunrise to 2 P.M. or from 2 P.M. to
sunset. Additional days can be purchased for $50/day plus tax.
Other benefits: As a Silver Club Member, you and your immediate family receive 20% off most sailing
classes. (See summary of benefits below)

BRONZE CLUB Membership
The Bronze Club Membership is for the occasional sailor. Membership dues are $28/month plus tax.
This fee allows you to charter the club boats for $80.00 /half day and $150.00 /full day plus tax. The
non-member rate for a half day charter is $150.00 plus tax and $275.00 plus tax for the whole day. A half
day is from sunrise to 2 P.M. or from 2 P.M. to sunset.
Other benefits: As a Bronze Club Member, you and your immediate family will also receive up to 10%
off PSSI classes. (See Summary of Benefits.)

2. There is a $5.00 charge per charter for consumables, which includes up to 1 gallon of fuel.
3. 8.8% sales tax is added to all monthly fees.
